    Job Description

    The position provides students an opportunity to work year-round in a part-time role. Our program requires students to work 24 hours a week during normal business hours Monday-Friday.

    This position is responsible for the implementation and tracking of eLearning (web-based training) initiatives to support compliance to applicable Environmental, Emissions and Safety Regulatory requirements. This includes using reports from the Learning Management System (Cornerstone) to analyze user completion data, build dashboards for managers, and draft/implement communications to employees and managers to facilitate completion of mandatory training requirements.

    Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Assist in the review of eLearning Content
    • Assist in the Design/Update of eLearning Content
    • Uploading / Testing eLearning Content on the Learning Management System (Cornerstone)
    • Communication of New eLearning Assignments and Reminders for Overdue Assignments
    • Collecting and providing data related to the agreed learning Key Productivity Indicators (KPIs)
    • Maintain audit-ready records of all training launches, completion data, and communications
    • Report as appropriate any critical issues, problems, or proposals to be submitted to the Head of Technical Safety & Regulatory Compliance – Process, Methods, Training & Advocacy

    The format for this position will be remote. Remote work must be completed at a location based in the United States.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Must be a current student pursuing a qualifying degree at an accredited educational institution in the areas of Business, Education, Communication, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or relevant field, or currently enrolled in an ABET accredited Engineering degree program.
    • Proven communication and writing skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc, )
    • Project Management basics: planning, organization, and logistics
    • Organization / Maintenance of Records
    • Ability to work 24 hours per week, year-round.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Currently a Sophomore, Junior, Senior or graduate student at an accredited university at the time of hire
    • Experience in Learning Management System Administration
    • Data Analytics (Excel, PowerBI, etc, )
    • Previous experience in a regulatory/compliance environment (LEAN, ISO, etc, )
