Key Features of This Role:

• Flexible Work Arrangements: Choose between various modes of operation:
  • 100% Remote Mammography
  • Remote Mammography with one week onsite per quarter (all travel and lodging expenses covered by the employer)
• W-2 Employee Status: Enjoy full benefits as a W-2 employee, requiring just 1,250 hours of work annually, equivalent to approximately 140 shifts a year.
• Attractive Compensation Structure: Earnings are based on your agreed-upon schedule, offering $2,500 per 9-hour shift. For example, working 210 shifts annually could yield $525,000 in addition to benefits while working remotely.
• Diverse Case Mix: Engage in a variety of cases, including Screening Mammograms, Diagnostic Mammograms, Breast Ultrasounds, Breast MRIs, and DXA.

• 1099 Contractor Opportunity: Independent contractors can choose to operate on a 1099 basis with a per diem compensation structure without benefits.

• All Equipment Provided: We supply all necessary equipment for remote reading, including Hologic or equivalent technology, ensuring smooth virtual engagement with technologists and patients during diagnostic processes.
