What You Need to Bring:
To become a Talkspace therapist or counselor, you will need to provide verification of the following:

• A valid, independently-held clinical license approved by your state board (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
• An individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy
• Your individual NPI & CAQH numbers
• Residency in the USA

Compensation Overview:
You will receive $70 for each 60-minute live session, with session rates determined based on the state of your clients’ residence. Rates for shorter sessions (30 and 45 minutes) are prorated accordingly. Additionally, asynchronous messaging compensation varies based on client plans and their respective states, with engagement bonuses available for new client interactions.
