Join Thriveworks as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the beautiful state of Arizona!
Our ideal candidates are seasoned clinicians who hold a valid license and reside in the state where they wish to practice.
Compensation: Enjoy a competitive compensation structure with this W2 Fee-for-Service role, offering an attractive salary range of $140,000 to $200,000 annually based on a commitment of 25-35 clinical hours each week.
At Thriveworks, we prioritize the well-being of our clinicians and clients through telemedicine best practices. We do not push or incentivize stimulant medications, but rather prescribe them based on individual client needs. We aim to maintain a safe space and refer clients with severe symptoms that require in-person treatment to appropriate providers.
Our Nurse Practitioners at Thriveworks will have the rewarding opportunity to care for a diverse clientele battling mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and more. You will engage with a wide age demographic, focusing on adults and adolescents, with plans to expand our services to all age groups in the future.
Essential Qualifications:
Currently licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with Board Certification
Master’s Degree in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state
Familiarity with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a bonus
A minimum of one year of psychiatric practice experience; three years is desirable
Must reside in Arizona with proper licensing to practice in the state
Participation in an in-house ADHD treatment standards training and certification exam is required; while treating ADHD clients is expected, there are no quotas for client numbers or prescriptions.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Conducting psychiatric assessments and evaluations through telemedicine
Providing care to clients aged 14 and up
Prescribing medications as necessary to alleviate mental health symptoms
Collaborating with clients to craft personalized care plans
Completing necessary paperwork and utilizing assessment tools for client evaluation
Adhering to Thriveworks’ Clinical Practice Guidelines
Consulting with Regional Clinic Directors and staff regarding clients and services
