    In the role of Virtual Health Coordinator, you will be the key contact for our virtual healthcare operations, collaborating closely with the Virtual Health Director to ensure seamless support for our innovative telehealth program. Your responsibilities will include scheduling patient appointments, testing and setting up necessary equipment, and providing essential support for both patients and physicians during virtual consultations. You will also play a pivotal role in promoting our services within the community.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage with client/employer plan administrators to support new employee members.
    • Supply marketing materials as requested by plan administrators and provide detailed utilization reports for employers and health plans.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging communication materials.
    • Schedule virtual care appointments and assist patients and practices as needed.
    • Distribute and oversee the provider schedule for all virtual health providers.
    • Monitor the on-call schedule and daily coverage through the Admin portal.
    • Manage communications from Teladoc and UMR, ensuring timely responses to provider inquiries.
    • Resolve patient concerns, manage refunds when necessary, and work with Telemed Leaders to enhance patient satisfaction based on feedback.
    • Collaborate with Teladoc tech support and manage ticketing for technical issues.
    • Facilitate demonstrations of our virtual health platform for onboarding new providers.
    • Oversee user accounts, manage patient registrations, and assist with troubleshooting document interface issues.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry innovations by attending training sessions and seminars.
