Take the next step in your career as a Remote Telesales Executive! Enjoy a flexible work-life balance with a schedule of Monday to Thursday from 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM, and Fridays from 8:45 AM to 4:00 PM, with the chance to finish early at 1:00 PM if you meet your targets.
This is a fully remote position, and we welcome applications from candidates based in the UK or Ireland only. You’ll have the opportunity to earn between £28,000 and £30,000 per year, with an uncapped commission structure that allows for an OTE of £40,000.

As a Remote Telesales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving sales leads and scheduling appointments for clients. This role is suited for a driven individual with a solid background in outbound B2B telesales or telemarketing. Successful candidates will display tenacity, confidence, and superior communication skills to connect with decision-makers and unlock valuable opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation:
- Make outbound B2B telemarketing and telesales calls to engage and connect with prospective clients.
- Generate quality sales leads and establish appointments for our clients.
- Consistently achieve the minimum target of 12-15 appointments per month (this will be confirmed during the interview).
- Communicate product and service advantages effectively to potential customers.
Client & Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the Senior Campaign Manager to align with client expectations.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams to facilitate lead generation success.
- Provide valuable feedback and insights to enhance sales processes and the effectiveness of campaigns.
Performance Management:
- Surpass individual and company-wide sales targets.
- Accurately document call outcomes and lead statuses in the CRM system.
- Engage in regular check-ins and performance evaluations, including a probation review at 4 weeks.
Your Experience and Skills:
Essential Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in outbound B2B telesales, telemarketing, or cold-calling.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-starting attitude with a strong desire to excel in a competitive environment.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Professional and friendly telephone demeanor with confidence.
- Able to work independently while thriving in a team setting.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in lead generation or appointment-setting roles.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance analytics.
- Background in selling to various industries.
