Position Overview

Reports to: D365 Senior Project Manager

We are an expanding technology-driven service provider seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Manager to lead the rollout and enhancement of D365 across operations in the UK and Europe.

In this role, you’ll manage multifaceted projects, handle system migrations and integrations, and deliver impactful results. This is your chance to spearhead a significant digital transformation in a dynamic, fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete project management lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics 365 rollouts
• Facilitate data migration from outdated systems
• Support the deployment of Field Service, Sales, and Customer Engagement modules
• Manage the integration of D365 with SAGE Accounting
• Utilize Agile methodologies, such as sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Engage with stakeholders across the UK, France, Germany, and Spain
• Work in close collaboration with D365 Consultants and internal teams

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Demonstrated success in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365
• In-depth knowledge of the Field Service, Sales, and Customer Engagement modules
• Experience with SAGE integrations
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent experience
• D365 certification (preferred, but not mandatory)
