Key Responsibilities:

• Lead group tax planning initiatives while ensuring strict compliance with fiscal regulations, including transfer pricing, VAT, and local taxes.
• Collaborate with external advisors to execute tax due diligence during acquisitions, ensuring all deals are structured for maximum tax efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee comprehensive tax operations, such as liability calculations, tax return submissions with external advisors, and management of personnel-related tax issues, including equity incentive plans and employee benefits.
• Stay abreast of changes in tax legislation, uncover new tax optimization possibilities (like patent boxes and R&D credits), and maintain strong communication with tax authorities and external advisors.
