SafeTalk, our dedicated sister initiative to Clear Minds, is a community interest company that delivers an essential online live chat service focused on enhancing mental health and emotional wellbeing. As we aim to broaden our support hours and make our services more accessible, we’re excited to expand our team with passionate volunteers who share our commitment to fostering mental wellness.

Currently, we are on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join us in the following roles:

1. Qualified Counsellor: Candidates should possess at least a Level 4 qualification and have a minimum of one year of professional experience in counselling.

2. Life Coach: We welcome qualified life coaches or individuals eager to obtain their certification. Experience in working with both adults and children is preferred.

3. Family Support Worker: A crucial role for those who understand the importance of family dynamics in mental health support.

Ideal candidates will have a background in supporting children, young adults, and families, preferably within digital platforms. However, previous online experience is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided to all volunteers.
