    Responsibilities

    We are on the hunt for a driven individual to spearhead our Time Compare Testing (TCT) as we transition from Kronos Workforce Central to UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions). As a critical part of our workforce management transformation, this role will ensure the precision of timekeeping, adherence to compensation policies, and verification that our system configurations align with business requirements. Ideal candidates will possess substantial workforce management experience within dynamic healthcare settings and excel in collaborative, high-energy project environments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the Time Compare Testing (TCT) process, guaranteeing accuracy, compliance, and timely executions in line with project timelines.

    • Perform variance analysis on timecard discrepancies linked to UKG configurations and compensation policies, driving swift resolutions and ongoing enhancements.

    • Ensure that all testing activities meet service level expectations, facilitating accurate payroll processing and supporting the financial closing activities.

    • Collaborate effectively across Payroll, HR, Compensation, and IT teams to devise and implement efficient and compliant processes, aligned with regulatory standards and internal policies.

    • Utilize data and reporting tools to evaluate and enhance performance on critical payroll, time reporting, and attendance management metrics.

    • Support readiness assessments for go-live and transition planning to assure a seamless experience for associates and uninterrupted business operations.

    • Contribute insights to operational policies, making recommendations for process improvements and ensuring compliance with regulations.

    • Address and resolve escalated or complex associate timekeeping issues in collaboration with other departments as necessary.

    • Engage in design workshops, aiding in the crafting of comprehensive process flows and verifying that business requirements are captured accurately in the system design.

    • Assist in developing training for end users and team members, championing exceptional customer service in all workforce management activities.

    • Monitor and report on Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics and performance indicators to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.

    Requirements

    Education:

    • High School diploma with 3 years of relevant experience OR an Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR a total of 7 years of applicable job-specific experience.

    • Preferred: 3 years in a leadership or management role.

    Additional Preferences

    • 5+ years of experience in workforce management or timekeeping within a complex healthcare environment.

    • Expertise in analyzing payroll variances and understanding compensation policies and configurations.

    • Demonstrated experience leading testing, analysis, or system conversion initiatives in ERP or WFM implementations.

    • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements regarding time, pay, and attendance in healthcare.

    • Willingness to travel 25%-50% during testing phases.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions) is strongly preferred.

    • Familiarity with Kronos Workforce Central.

    • Experience with Time Compare Testing (TCT) methodology or similar testing strategies.

    • Proven ability to use reporting tools and dashboards for operational insights and problem resolution.
