    Position Overview:

    Arch Promo Group LLC invites dynamic, goal-oriented candidates to step into a pivotal role as our Vice President of Sales and Marketing. This leadership position focuses on driving growth and synergy across our diverse promotional products portfolio. The successful candidate will craft and implement robust sales and marketing strategies aimed at maximizing revenue, fortifying brand unity, boosting our online footprint, and cultivating a high-performing sales team.

    We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the promotional products sector—particularly someone who has excelled in steering sales for a multi-brand manufacturer that offers a broad and varied product lineup. This individual should have a proven track record of harmonizing brand strategies under a unified corporate umbrella and possess an adept understanding of digital marketing methodologies.

    Main Responsibilities:

    Sales Leadership

    • Guide and motivate a top-tier national sales team across various brands and product categories, fostering a culture rooted in accountability, continual learning, and excellence.
    • Develop, implement, and constantly refine sales strategies to stimulate growth across all brand lines, customer demographics, and distribution channels.
    • Establish and nurture strong partnerships with leading buying groups and distributor networks.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies proactively to ensure steady sales performance and improvement in profit margins.
    • Identify cross-brand opportunities and package offerings to facilitate upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
    • Assess performance metrics to gauge all facets of sales operations, spanning individual performance, trade shows, and related initiatives.

    Brand Integration & Strategy

    • Spearhead initiatives aimed at unifying and integrating multiple product brands under a cohesive overarching brand identity.
    • Work alongside product and divisional brand teams to enhance brand positioning and streamline messaging across diverse channels.
    • Guarantee consistent brand architecture, visual identity, and tone across all marketing and sales materials.
    • Provide strategic direction on the design, content, and functionality of a new unified website.

    Marketing & Digital Growth

    • Oversee all facets of marketing, encompassing online, social media, and traditional campaigns.
    • Drive lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion rates through focused digital marketing strategies while managing budgets (SEO/SEM, email, content, PPC, retargeting, etc.).
    • Analyze marketing performance data and leverage insights to enhance campaign ROI.
    • Collaborate with eCommerce and IT teams to elevate the digital customer experience and bolster online sales efforts.

    Required Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 10 years of sales expertise in the promotional products industry, with a proven record in managing a multi-brand portfolio within a top 50 supplier.
    • Evidenced success in integrating multiple brands under a cohesive company strategy or parent brand.
    • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and relevant performance metrics.
    • Strong leadership capabilities, with a history of managing sales teams—including goal setting, performance measurement, bonus plan development, and ensuring accountability for results. Exceptional analytical skills, budget management experience, and a penchant for data-driven decision-making.
    • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
    • Previous executive-level experience in a promotional products organization is essential.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience leading marketing efforts such as direct email initiatives, online advertising, and managing a marketing team.
    • Exposure to eCommerce or direct-to-consumer promotional product channels.
    • Background in a promotional products distributor environment.
    • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation solutions (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous.
