Fidelity s Stock Plan Services (SPS) Public and Private Sales team is growing! The SPS Public Sales team and Private Shares organizations are passionate about supporting the innovation economy through robust equity administration platforms. We offer solutions and capabilities that support companies, their employees, and community partners during the entire corporate lifecycle. We are hiring a VP, Stock Plan Commercial Services Lead who will concentrate on supporting the growth and expansion of our business that services public and private companies.
In this role, you be responsible for coordinating all of our commercial efforts together internally and externally for our public and private markets.
Create and articulate compelling arguments for strategic initiatives, ensuring continuity with organizational goals and financial objectives.
Lead all aspects of end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and effective execution of key initiatives within the financial services sector.
Develop compelling presentations / decks to communicate strategy and initiative updates.
Foster collaboration and consensus among diverse partners; internal and external, to drive successful project outcomes and strengthen commercial relationships.
Demonstrate strong executive leadership, providing strategic guidance and decision-making expertise to drive business success.
Identify, cultivate, and manage third-party partnerships, leveraging external resources to enhance our capabilities and market position.
Develop and negotiate commercial agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Instill a commercial approach within the team, aligning projects and initiatives with revenue generation and profitability goals.
Establish and manage efficient routines for the business and operating structure, optimizing processes to enhance overall performance.
Develop comprehensive project plans for strategic and tactical initiatives; ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and driving successful implementation.
Drive strategy across private and public sectors, coordinating initiatives to maximize synergies and capitalize on market opportunities.
Maintain regular communication with appropriate leaders, providing updates on sales targets, market feedback, and team performance.
The Expertise We re Looking for and The Skills You Bring
7+ years experience in a sales / new business roles or consulting roles
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, and Power BI
Motivated self-starter that is metrics driven and passionate about driving growth
Ability to present at an executive level
Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and finalize complex commercial agreements

At Fidelity, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we re calling “ Dynamic Working ”.
