Your Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute realistic adversary simulations, culminating in comprehensive reporting.
• Engage in thorough testing across systems, applications, networks, and processes to identify vulnerabilities.
• Explore and implement cutting-edge offensive security strategies.
• Develop innovative tools and exploits to enhance security measures.
• Effectively convey risks and necessary remediations through clear written and verbal communication.
• Collaborate with teammates and work independently on specialized assignments requiring unique expertise.
• Uphold ethical standards as set forth by the Company and industry professionals.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• A fervent interest in the cryptocurrency space.
• Experience in smart contract audits is highly valued.
• A minimum of 5 years in offensive security roles.
• At least 2 years of experience auditing DeFi protocols, particularly in Solidity, Solana, or Rust-based systems.
• Proficiency with industry-standard penetration testing tools such as BurpSuite and Metasploit.
• Strong command of at least one scripting language.
• Expertise in common operating systems for servers and workstations.
• Deep understanding of modern web application languages and frameworks.
• Solid comprehension of contemporary authentication systems and Identity Providers.
• Advanced knowledge of blockchain technologies and smart contract architecture.
• Analytical thinking with an ability to assess both technical and non-technical risks.
• Strong report-writing skills with a knack for translating complex technical concepts to audiences without a technical background.
• Relevant security certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, GPEN, GWAPT, LPT, or CISSP are advantageous, but not mandatory.
