As a Benefits Representative, you will be a vital resource for our union members, ensuring they access the most advantageous benefits packages available. Your role will encompass being a supportive point of contact who guides members through the enrollment process, addresses their inquiries, and resolves any benefits-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate members’ benefits inquiries, enrollment processes, and any necessary changes.
• Clearly explain the various benefits options available, providing valuable insights to empower members in their decision-making.
• Conduct informational benefits meetings for new members to enhance understanding.
• Efficiently troubleshoot and address benefits-related issues.
• Serve as a communication link between members and our main office to ensure seamless service.
• Actively participate in open enrollment sessions and effectively relay any changes to members.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in benefits administration or a similar field is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-driven, committed, and capable of working autonomously.
• Collaborative team player with a strong customer service orientation.
• Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication proficiency.
