About the Role:

Flawsome! Drinks is on the lookout for a vibrant and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador & Content Creator who is deeply passionate about sustainability and the art of storytelling. In this exciting role, you’ll be the driving force behind our mission to embrace and celebrate wonky fruit! This unique position merges hands-on brand engagement through product sampling with the creative flair of content creation. You’ll connect with customers in various locations, passionately share the Flawsome! story, and craft engaging social media content that amplifies our message and brand presence.

Location: Multiple locations (extensive travel within the UK required), preferably London

Reporting To: CMO

Your Responsibilities:

• Brand Engagement and Sampling:
• Travel to diverse retail environments, events, and festivals to conduct lively product sampling sessions.
• Interact with customers, sharing the essence of the Flawsome! mission and captivating them with your enthusiasm to try our products.
• Set up and maintain inviting sampling displays that reflect our vibrant brand identity.
• Gather customer feedback and relay valuable insights back to the marketing team.
• Creative Content Development:
• Conceive and implement innovative content that captures your experiences during sampling, customer interactions, and the journey of embracing wonky fruit.
• Produce high-quality photographs and videos, alongside live updates, to enhance Flawsome!’s social media storytelling.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all content aligns with our brand voice, showcases creativity, and engages audiences with storytelling and humor.
• Customer Connection:
• Serve as the charismatic representative of Flawsome! for customers, retailers, and the broader community, embodying our principles of transparency, optimism, and sustainability.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with retail teams and customers to foster brand loyalty and advocacy.
• Act as an informed ambassador, staying updated on Flawsome! products and industry trends to answer inquiries and share knowledge.

Your Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in roles such as brand ambassadorship, customer engagement, or social media content creation.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, fueled by a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with people.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and fundamental content creation tools.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage travel logistics and the setup of sampling events independently.
• A strong interest in sustainability, reducing food waste, and promoting nutritious products.
• An eye for creativity, with experience in capturing and editing eye-catching visuals.
