Your Role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to serve as the face of RoomPriceGenie within the hospitality sector. Your challenge will be to propel business growth by establishing robust connections with partners, hotel groups, and industry associations. You will take charge of your market, amplifying brand visibility and generating leads through strategic partnerships with hotel tech companies and other key influencers in the field. Represent RoomPriceGenie confidently across the UK, embodying our brand values and professionalism in all stakeholder interactions.
Boost business growth through networking efforts, enhancing brand awareness, and cultivating new leads to establish a strong presence in crucial markets.
Engage closely with our Go-To-Market team, collaborating with Sales Development Representatives, Sales Managers, and Revenue Managers to align strategies and achieve targets.
Team up with Marketing and Partnerships to design impactful campaigns and nurture strong relationships within the industry.
Champion customer success by utilizing our CRM to monitor performance and identify automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
Contribute to the evolution of RoomPriceGenie by bringing your innovative ideas and creativity to a thriving startup where your input truly matters.

Your Profile
You possess a strong network within the hotel tech and hospitality industry in the UK, familiar with the key players and adept at establishing connections.
Your C2-level English proficiency is complemented by your current residence in the UK or Ireland.
You bring hands-on experience in both hotel operations and hotel technology, offering a unique perspective.
A degree in business or hospitality is preferred, though practical experience holds significant value.
You’re enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn, always striving for growth and impactful contributions.
Exceptional communication skills are your forte; you excel at relationship building and effective dialogue.
Your results-focused mindset drives you to thrive in target-oriented environments.
Nice to Have
Additional language skills are an asset in our multilingual team with representatives speaking more than 10 languages.
