We proudly support numerous NSI-accredited Alarm Receiving Centres (ARCs) with our innovative offerings, which include advanced false alarm management and camera health monitoring. Our cutting-edge software integrates effortlessly with top-tier Alarm Receiving Platforms such as Immix, Sentinel, and Milestone, as well as a variety of surveillance systems. As we expand our presence in the UK, we are seeking a driven, goal-oriented, and experienced Business Development Manager who boasts a robust network and a proven sales track record within the surveillance sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate leads independently through your existing professional network and targeted cold calling efforts.
    • Evaluate and qualify potential clients to ensure a strong fit.
    • Deliver compelling online or in-person product demonstrations showcasing our software capabilities.
    • Oversee the trial process to ensure client satisfaction and product integration.
    • Negotiate the commercial terms of sales agreements to achieve favorable outcomes.
    • Maintain a detailed pipeline using our CRM system and adhere to company reporting protocols.
    • Foster relationships to expand accounts through consistent post-sale communication.
    • Achieve sales activity KPIs and meet established revenue goals.
    • Act as a representative for DeepAlert at industry conferences and events.

    Required Experience & Skills:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the SaaS industry, ideally within the Security Surveillance field, with a demonstrated history of driving sales growth.
    • Comprehensive understanding of the technical elements related to CCTV and video management systems.
    • Familiarity with the SaaS model in the surveillance sector and effective sales techniques applicable to it.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect and engage effectively at the C-suite level.
    • Proven negotiation skills at the enterprise level.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and action-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the UK (personal vehicle required) and potential international travel.
