We are excited to invite a passionate Remote Financial Business Coach to join our dynamic team. In this remote role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting 80-100 agricultural business owners as they transition onto our platform. Your responsibilities will include delivering regular financial and business coaching, helping clients maximize the resources available on our platform, and guiding them in building successful enterprises. You will connect with clients through various channels, including one-on-one Zoom sessions, email, chat, and group coaching calls. By holding clients accountable for their progress, you will help them implement the features of our platform effectively. You will take ownership of each client’s success and collaborate closely with our software team and program director to continuously enhance our tools and resources.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding: Assist new clients in navigating the onboarding process for a seamless integration into the Legacy Farmer program.
- Business Coaching: Deliver tailored coaching and consulting services, aimed at enhancing clients’ financial and operational management skills.
- Leadership: Act as a trusted mentor, guiding clients through strategic business decisions that influence their long-term success.
- Financial Expertise: Utilize your experience in agricultural banking or finance to provide clients with valuable financial insights and best practices.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor client metrics to aid in tracking their business performance and make strategic adjustments as necessary.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong client relationships, serving as their main point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Problem-Solving: Assist clients in navigating challenges within their business operations and finance, proposing creative and actionable solutions.
- Collaboration: Partner with teams across sales, marketing, and leadership to enhance the overall customer experience and ensure alignment with our business objectives.
Experience and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in agricultural banking, finance, or a comparable financial role in the agriculture sector.
- Demonstrated success in business coaching, consulting, or a leadership role involving direct customer engagement.
- Strong grasp of financial management principles applicable to the agricultural industry.
- Outstanding coaching, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to foster trust and rapport with clients, instilling confidence in their decision-making processes.
- A strategic, problem-solving mindset.
- Relevant experience working with agricultural businesses is required.
