    Job Description

    Discover QuickMD:

QuickMD stands as a premier telemedicine provider, facilitating high-quality virtual healthcare across 44 states. Since our establishment in 2019, we have empowered over 100,000 patients to receive vital medical care, with a significant emphasis on addiction treatment, as well as weight management and general telehealth services. Our dedication to innovation and physician support has earned us a solid reputation in the realm of virtual medicine.

We pride ourselves on offering unparalleled flexibility, allowing physicians to create their own schedules and work from any location—free from administrative constraints. Our user-friendly electronic medical records (EMR) system, combined with a devoted support team, establishes an efficient practice environment where you can direct your energy toward patient care. QuickMD provides industry-leading compensation, with physicians averaging $35 per consult, and those in high-demand states can earn around $200 per hour, with many surpassing $400,000 annually. To excel in this position, we ask for a commitment of at least 15-20 hours weekly.

Joining QuickMD means becoming part of an expanding network of experienced physicians dedicated to broadening access to care, bolstering addiction treatment initiatives, and enhancing patient outcomes in underserved populations.

    Your Role:

We are on the lookout for committed, patient-oriented physicians licensed in at least three states to join our innovative team. Whether your expertise lies in primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care, this role offers you the chance to deliver cutting-edge, high-quality medicine while escaping the limitations of a conventional practice setting. Most services are virtual, though hybrid opportunities for in-person consultations may be available.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Conduct outstanding virtual care, including thorough patient assessments, medical history evaluations, and tailored medical treatments.
    • Provide compassionate, patient-centric care, fostering strong doctor-patient relationships.
    • Order and interpret laboratory tests to inform high-quality treatment decisions.
    • Prescribe medications and offer expert advice on their proper use (Note: QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, with the exception of buprenorphine for opioid addiction treatment).
    • Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and a dedicated support team to provide comprehensive patient care.
    • Maintain precise medical documentation to ensure continuity of care.
    • Stay informed about medical advancements, telehealth innovations, and best practices in the field.

    What We Expect:

    • A valid medical license in at least three U.S. states (preferably five) with a readiness to obtain additional state licenses (support available).
    • Licensure in high-demand states such as AL, CA, IN, MS, NC, PA, SC, and/or VA is advantageous.
    • Experience with telehealth or high-volume in-person patient care settings is preferred.
    • A commitment to schedule a minimum of 15 core hours weekly (8 AM-6 PM locally) over four days, with advance scheduling of at least one week.
    • Excellent communication skills alongside a commitment to medical excellence.
    • Proficiency in utilizing telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
    • A passion for expanding access to care and making a significant impact.
    • At least one DEA certification and relevant CSL, if applicable.

Why Physicians Love Working with QuickMD:

    • Complete scheduling flexibility—work remotely, on your own terms.
    • Highly attractive compensation, with many practitioners earning over $400,000 annually while maintaining a balanced workload.
    • No administrative workloads—dedicate your time entirely to patient care without the hassles of billing or overhead.
    • Rapid onboarding process, supported by a concierge service to facilitate your transition.
    • Comprehensive malpractice insurance coverage, along with dedicated legal and compliance assistance.
    • Advanced, integrated telemedicine technology tailored for physician efficiency.
    • Meaningful opportunity to contribute to addiction treatment and outreach in underserved communities.

As part of the onboarding procedure, all physicians will be required to complete relevant training, including buprenorphine training if applicable. Malpractice insurance provided (3m/1m). Tax documentation (1099) will be provided at the end of the year.
