As a Collections Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service to patients by accurately documenting their information

• Facilitating account resolution through clear communication, presenting solutions, and arranging payment plans

• Managing a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls

• Utilizing various software applications and striving to meet personal performance metrics

Remote Work Requirements:

• Access to a quiet and confidential workspace

• Reliable high-speed internet connection with the capability to connect via ethernet—minimum speed of 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload required (Wi-Fi and hotspots are not supported)

• All technical specifications must be fulfilled prior to commencing your training

• Applicants must reside in one of the following states: FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, TX, or VA

• We provide all necessary equipment to support your success in this role
