    We are on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team as a Customer Experience Concierge. In this pivotal customer service role, you will provide expert guidance and support to participants in our vital real estate reward programs. As a concierge, you will accompany home buyers and sellers on their journey, assisting them from the initial enrollment phase through the closing process—all while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

    Your work schedule will comprise four weekdays from 12 PM to 9 PM Eastern time, along with Saturdays from 8 AM to 5 PM.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Manage a caseload of 375-600 client files efficiently.

    • Navigate diverse client needs and program specifics within your caseload.

    • Transform leads into successful transactions by maintaining proactive communication and resolving issues throughout the home buying or selling journey.

    • Educate new clients on the benefits of our programs and determine their eligibility for rewards.

    • Handle escalated issues with professionalism and grace.

    • Identify and cater to each client’s unique real estate needs, offering tailored solutions.

    • Act as a customer advocate throughout their real estate transactions.

    • Serve as a liaison between clients and real estate agents, ensuring top-notch service delivery.

    • Manage a high volume of communications through calls, emails, and texts daily.

    • Ensure proactive follow-up with customers at significant milestones during their journey.

    • Follow established call flow procedures as required by each client.

    • Meet key performance indicators related to customer enrollment, referrals, sales closings, and satisfaction with the program.

    • Support the cross-selling of mortgage and ancillary services as necessary.

    Essential Qualifications:

    • 2-3 years of professional business experience preferred.

    • High school diploma required; some college education preferred.

    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.

    • Knowledge of real estate procedures (buying, selling, or mortgage) is a plus.

    • Experience in customer service roles, particularly in retail, financial services, or call centers preferred.

    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

    • Proficient in digital tools and capable of navigating multiple software systems.

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

    • Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients.

    • Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
