    • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Availability for at least 30 hours each week.
    • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in remote customer service roles.
    • A fully updated computer equipped with Windows 11 OS.
    • A reliable hard-wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi).
    • A USB headset for clear communication.
    • An AMD or Intel Core i3, i5 processor chip or superior.
    • Dual monitor setups to enhance your work efficiency.
