Your Impact on Our Business:
- Play a key role in the renewal process by delivering top-tier solutions to clients promptly and with excellence.
- Facilitate essential business operations, including processing new business applications, gathering information for high-quality Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, and managing certificates of insurance.
- Work alongside team members to optimize workflow processes and meet performance standards, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client decision-makers and daily representatives.
- Perform regular audits to guarantee compliance with established standards and service levels.
- Preserve accurate records and documentation of client and policy information within our Paychex systems.
- Leverage Paychex’s technologys to enhance your productivity and work quality.
- Skillfully manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines effectively.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 1+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic mathematical skills required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.
- Experience in managing client relationships would be beneficial.
Eligibility Requirements for U.S. Candidates:
