Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled B2B Marketing Executive for a maternity cover position lasting between 6 to 12 months. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, with an expectation of in-office collaboration in Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent (ideally one day per week).

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (FTE) depending on experience, accompanied by fantastic benefits. Options for both full- and part-time schedules are available, with core hours of 9 am to 5 pm, providing flexibility between 10 am and 3 pm.

Digital Marketing Executive Role Details:

We are on the lookout for a passionate Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will implement innovative strategies that enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and sales through multiple digital channels.

To excel, you should bring a fervor for social media, digital marketing, design, and content creation, with a willingness to contribute wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Develop and execute impactful social media marketing strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
+ Support the management and optimization of our CRM system (HubSpot).
+ Create visually engaging assets (e.g., social media graphics, web banners, email templates).
+ Monitor and update website content, including product pages and blog posts.
+ Assist in the rollout of digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
+ Generate, curate, and manage compelling content including blogs, newsletters, videos, webinars, and infographics.
+ Contribute to planning, executing, and measuring email marketing initiatives.
+ Work closely with internal teams and freelancers to ensure cohesive branding.
+ Analyze marketing metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
+ Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing and design.

Ideal Candidate:

+ Outstanding written and verbal communication, design, and editing skills.
+ At least 2 years of experience specializing in graphic design, social media, or digital marketing.
+ Proficient in managing social media platforms and their related tools, including scheduling posts.
+ Skilled in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma) and content management systems (WordPress/HubSpot).
+ Strong content creation experience.
+ Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
+ Proactive, ambitious to learn, and capable of working independently.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects.
+ A keen interest in digital marketing and social media trends.
+ B2B sector experience is a plus but is not mandatory.
