To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• A qualified Solicitor with 5 years or more of post-qualification experience (PQE) in employment law
• Proficient in handling both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Experience in providing advice to both individuals and business clients
• A commercial mindset with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong focus on client care

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on a variety of employment issues such as contracts, grievances, disciplinary actions, redundancies, and settlement agreements
• Representing clients in Employment Tribunal and County Court claims
• Delivering tailored HR and employment law guidance to businesses
• Drafting and negotiating an extensive range of employment documents
• Fostering strong relationships with both new and existing clients
• Managing your own caseload with comprehensive support from the wider team
