Your daily responsibilities will vary and will include engaging in casework, collaborating closely with fee-earners to prepare for employment tribunals, drafting compelling witness statements, conducting in-depth legal research, and compiling relevant evidence. You will also maintain regular communication with clients and assist in the development of essential legal documents and research.

To qualify for this position, candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience as a paralegal specializing in Employment law.

This role offers the flexibility of fully remote work; however, candidates are welcome to utilize our UK offices if preferred.
