    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct thorough investigations and analyses of partner separations in partnership with HR teams and external entities.
    • Oversee the management of unemployment claims, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
    • Offer expert guidance to HR generalists, district managers, and store managers regarding unemployment policies and rehire eligibility criteria.
    • Provide top-notch customer service through effective communication via phone and email.
    • Ensure meticulous case documentation that adheres to confidentiality and compliance standards.
    • Work collaboratively across departments to support various HR initiatives and special projects.
    • Stay informed on state-specific unemployment regulations, HR policies, and industry best practices.
    • Safeguard sensitive partner information and maintain stringent data privacy protocols.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • A minimum of 3 years in customer service, HR administration, or related case management roles.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
    • Capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
    • Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments and shifting priorities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
    • Experience in claims processing, data entry, and familiarity with HR systems is advantageous.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • A degree or certification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
    • Background in handling unemployment claims or financial relief programs.
    • Knowledge of case management tools and HRIS platforms.

    Compensation and Benefits

    The hourly pay for this position ranges from $25.00 to $26.00. Eligibility for specific benefits may vary based on your employment classification and duration with the company. Benefits are subject to change and may incorporate:
