    Position Overview:

    Main Responsibilities:

    As a vital member of our insurance call center, you will manage incoming calls, delivering exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries and requests.

    Your role involves assessing customer insurance needs through effective questioning techniques, crafting tailored proposals that offer the most suitable coverage options. Strive to achieve a healthy balance of business metrics aligning with the company’s growth aspirations. You will communicate professional product knowledge by clearly explaining policy details, limits, deductibles, payment methods, and servicing guidelines. Additionally, you will provide insightful advice by meticulously evaluating available products to present the best value to customers. Be prepared to assist current policyholders with their questions and needs.

    Proactively generate leads and prospects in accordance with established lead management practices to maximize sales opportunities. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

    • Following up on expiration dates to provide timely quotes,

    • Contacting existing mono-line accounts via mail/phone for cross-selling purposes,

    • Executing targeted campaigns to drive sales and enhance the penetration of insurance products among members,

    • Cultivating networking referrals,

    • Building referral relationships with fellow sales representatives, including those in membership and life & health sectors.

    Ensure that insurance applications are processed in line with agency policies, prioritizing accuracy and quality, while submitting required documentation. Stay updated on carrier information to confirm compliance with underwriting guidelines and minimize E & O risks.

    You will also be responsible for promoting sales of credit cards, memberships, and other products as directed by leadership.

    Work with agents and leaders to craft annual performance plans that support Club initiatives. Participate actively in regular progress reviews, focusing on results and exploring continuous improvement opportunities. Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

    Achieve and surpass sales, membership, and other performance targets.

    Qualifications We Look For:

    Education:

    • High School diploma or equivalent. Participation in insurance industry training programs is a plus.

    • Valid State Property & Casualty insurance sales license is required.

    • Ability to secure and maintain a state license for membership sales as needed.

    Experience:

    • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing.

    • Familiarity with computer quoting software and email applications.

    Skills and Knowledge:

    • Results-oriented and self-motivated to guide customers and prospects in achieving their financial aspirations.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation capabilities.

    • Strong selling skills and knowledge of effective sales processes.

    • Adept at building and maintaining a solid customer base.

    • Highly organized with effective time management skills.

    • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Education:

    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Call Center Sales.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

    Skills and Knowledge:

    • Driven to support members/customers and prospects in reaching and maintaining their financial goals.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively.

    • Solid understanding of the sales process.

    • Able to establish a dependable customer base.

    • Well-organized with adept time-management capabilities.

    • Competent in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).

    Work Environment:

    This position is fully remote; however, associates may be required to temporarily report to a designated ACG location during connectivity or service issue resolutions.
