    Key Responsibilities:

    • Foster and sustain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
    • Collaborate with clients to address urgent staffing needs
    • Match clients with qualified candidates, leading to successful placements
    • Utilize recruiting tools and resources effectively
    • Conduct cold calls, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews, assisting in offer negotiations
    • Perform thorough reference checks on candidates

    Qualifications:

    • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
    • Consistently engage in high-volume outreach to connect with clients and candidates
    • Comfortable building relationships over the phone
    • Demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical approach
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • A degree is preferred, but not mandatory
    • Successful completion of gpac training and requirements
