Salary: $90,000.00 – $100,000 per year + benefits

Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and therapeutic remote psychotherapy sessions with individuals, couples, or families.
- Perform comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations as needed.
- Create and execute personalized treatment plans employing evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with legal and ethical standards.
- Engage in collaborative clinical consultations and optional team huddles.
- Opportunity to supervise pre-licensed therapists or lead group therapy sessions, if interested.
- Provide services to a diverse and often underserved population, with a focus on cultural competence.
Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (PsyD or PhD).
- Active California license (PSYD) in good standing.
- Preferred minimum of 2 years of post-licensure practice experience.
- Proficient in telehealth platforms such as SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, and Zoom.
- Demonstrated strong clinical judgment, cultural humility, and a client-centric approach.
- Familiarity with therapeutic modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, trauma-informed care, or integrative methods.
