Part 1: Sales – Benefit From Pre-Qualified Leads. Secure Major Closings. No Need to Chase.
- Receive pre-screened, warm leads in real time through our dedicated internal lead concierge system.
- Utilize our CRM (Spicy Systems) to manage follow-ups, track deals, and automate your entire sales pipeline.
- Sell premium products, including Term Life, Whole Life, Critical Illness, Infinite Banking, Retirement Plans, and more.
- Concentrate on consulting, educating, and closing—we take care of the lead generation.
Part 2: Recruiting – Assemble Your Team. Gain Overrides. Create a Lasting Legacy.
- Invite interested individuals to join your growing team.
- Support new agents in becoming licensed, successfully onboarding, and receiving mentorship (we provide all necessary assistance).
- Earn override commissions as your recruits begin closing sales.
- Advance toward managing your own base shop with leadership-level compensation.
- Tap into long-term income potential through team performance and residuals.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Active Life Insurance License (LLQP in Canada or the equivalent in the U.S.)
- At least 1 year of experience in life insurance, financial products, or relevant sales.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in following systems and closing deals with confidence.
- Ability to work remotely equipped with your own computer and reliable internet connection.
Compensation Details
- Commission Only: 100% performance-based earnings.
- CRM Access: Optional add-on that includes automation features, calendars, and full access to leads.
- Leads: Provided upon completion of thorough onboarding and in-house training.
