Who We’re Looking For:

To qualify for this opportunity, candidates must hold one of the following independent licenses in Virginia:

• LCSW, LMFT, or LPC

• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)

It’s essential that all clinicians are licensed and reside in Virginia.

Compensation Package: Up to $118,600 based on licensure, session count, and additional bonus opportunities.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Commit to a minimum of 25 sessions per week.

• Build a genuine partnership with the team.

• Be open to providing care for couples and children (support is provided).

• Express a desire for potential growth into leadership or supervisory positions.

• Maintain a self-driven approach to completing documentation within 24 hours.

• Embody strong character traits, including integrity, honesty, adaptability, and a commitment to quality care.

• Collaborate with a team focused on continuous professional development.
