Your Role Includes:

• Initiating outbound calls to warm leads and returning customers
• Establishing rapport and assessing customer needs
• Promoting and cross-selling appropriate protection products
• Re-engaging lapsed customers and managing policy renewals
• Achieving sales and service goals within a supportive remote team environment

Working Hours and Shift Details:

• Full-time, permanent position – 37.5 hours per week

Shift patterns include:

• Early: Monday 10am-6:30pm; Tuesday-Thursday 9:30am-6:30pm; Friday 9:30am-4pm
• Late: Monday 10:30am-7pm; Tuesday-Thursday 10am-7pm; Friday 9:30am-4pm
• Or Monday to Thursday 10:30am – 7:00pm; Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm

What We Seek:

• At least 12 months of targeted sales experience in the last 3 years
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident, self-driven, and resilient mindset
• Target-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Able to thrive independently in a home office environment
