Join our innovative retail team as a dedicated Project Architect, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding design development and overseeing construction administration. Reporting to a project manager, you’ll offer crucial support in various stages, from design development to the execution of construction documents and management of construction administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design development for commercial interiors, emphasizing Core & Shell and building envelope architecture.

• Create and manage comprehensive construction documents from the initial concept to final completion.

• Provide essential construction administration support throughout the project’s lifecycle.

• Facilitate vendor interactions and oversee tenant improvement processes efficiently.

• Participate in prototypical rollouts and focus on exterior detailing.

• Collaborate on developing site plans and navigating entitlement procedures.

Essential Qualifications:

• A degree in Architecture, complemented by at least 8 years of experience in commercial interior architecture.

• Proficiency in Revit, with hands-on experience in the past year.

• Solid background in base building and exterior detailing.

• Familiarity with storefront systems and site plan coordination.

• Comprehensive knowledge of building systems, relevant codes, and ADA requirements.

Additional Skills:

• A working knowledge of design principles and aesthetics.

• Comfort with space planning methodologies and furnishings.

• Intermediate skills in sketching, rendering, and detailing within interior architecture.

• A commitment to supporting projects through their diverse phases.

Work Environment:

Experience the flexibility of a fully remote work setting, with options for hybrid or in-person collaboration if desired. Enjoy a work schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with the flexibility to arrange your hours. Our studios support hybrid work models, fostering collaboration among teams across 24 cities in the U.S.

Compensation and Benefits:

The pay range for this role is between $42.00 and $45.00 per hour.
