Your Responsibilities as a Conveyancer/Solicitor: You will manage your unique caseload, ensuring outstanding customer service and an efficient workflow.

Qualifications We Seek:

• Over 3 years of experience handling a high volume of residential conveyancing (100+ files).
• Proficient in a range of transactions, including sales and purchases of freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, new builds, buy-to-let, transfer of equity, and remortgaging.
• Ability to oversee complete transactions, addressing enquiries and conducting title checks.
• A client-centric mindset, consistently updating clients and referrers with proactive communication.
• A proven history of thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong IT literacy, especially with case management systems.
• A collaborative team player who supports colleagues when needed.
