    As a pivotal member of our team, you will take on the role of a Commercial Account Executive, embracing a hunter mentality to drive new business opportunities. This permanent, fully remote position is ideal for a results-oriented professional with an established background in SaaS sales and a thorough understanding of the DevOps ecosystem.

    In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
    • Utilizing Salesforce CRM for effective pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and nurturing client relationships.
    • Developing and maintaining rapport with clients, gaining insight into their unique challenges, and aligning our solutions to address them.
    • Managing the entire sales cycle, from generating leads to successfully closing deals and surpassing sales targets.
    • Articulating our technology offerings to potential clients in an engaging and persuasive manner.
    • Collaborating across various teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and facilitate sales growth.
    • Applying your startup experience to navigate the fast-paced environment of our innovative company.
    • Staying knowledgeable about industry trends and developments within the DevOps and SaaS sectors.

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • A minimum of 2 years of SaaS sales experience, preferably within a startup context.
    • A consistent track record of closing deals and exceeding sales objectives.
    • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, including pipeline management and forecasting.
    • A strong grasp of the DevOps platform and prior experience selling in the Salesforce ecosystem.
    • Excellent relationship-building capabilities, with superior skills in managing and nurturing client connections.
    • A proactive and competitive approach to identifying new sales opportunities.
    • Exceptional listening skills, enabling you to understand and address client needs effectively.
    • An assertive, resilient demeanor and a strong collaborative spirit.
    • Strong presentation abilities, effectively conveying the benefits of our technology solutions.
    • Experience in the tech services industry is a plus.
