Location: Fully Remote – Work from Home (WFH)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £24,500 base salary, with an impressive average monthly bonus of £700+
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Patterns:

Outbound Positions: Monday to Friday, during operational hours of 9:30 AM to 7 PM (Monday to Thursday) and 9 AM to 5:30 PM (Friday).

Inbound Positions: Monday to Sunday, working 5 days per week with hours from 8 AM to 8 PM (Monday to Friday), 8 AM to 6 PM (Saturday), and 9 AM to 6 PM (Sunday).

Key Responsibilities as a Sales Advisor:

• Engaging in outbound calls and responding to inbound customer inquiries
• Establishing strong relationships and conducting needs analysis
• Handling warm calls to upsell additional products
• Re-engaging lapsed customers
• Contacting existing clients as their contracts approach renewal
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets

Essential Skills for Success:

• A minimum of 12 months experience in sales or call center environments
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities
• A confident and professional demeanor
• Ability to thrive in a remote work setting
