Your Role

As a vital support to the US Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in our sales process. Your responsibilities will include generating quotes for our US Sales Representatives, processing orders, and obtaining shipping estimates. You will collaborate closely with our workshops to ensure that product finishes meet client expectations, organize shipment of material samples, manage delivery logistics in conjunction with our warehouse team, and interface with various internal stakeholders to facilitate a seamless sales order experience. This position is primarily remote, although occasional travel to our Mitcham and Pimlico locations will be necessary.

Qualifications for Success

To thrive in this role, you should have prior experience in a similar capacity, coupled with strong communication skills. Experience in coordinating the shipment and movement of physical goods, especially on a global scale, is essential for success.
