**Work Environment & Schedule:**
You will be based in Georgia, with mandatory on-site work scheduled from Tuesday to Thursday at our Atlanta office located at 2 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive SE, 754 East Tower, Atlanta, Georgia 30334. In-person meetings are a key component of our collaborative approach.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Custom Application Development:** Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of tailored applications using Apex, Visualforce, and the latest Lightning components, including Lightning Aura and Lightning Web Components.
– **Database Management:** Develop and manage Salesforce objects and fields, craft SOQL queries, and uphold data integrity.
– **Integration Solutions:** Establish and maintain seamless integrations with third-party services via REST and SOAP APIs.
– **System Configuration:** Configure Salesforce settings, administer user roles and permissions, and implement Lightning flows to enhance functionality.
– **Technical Troubleshooting:** Diagnose and resolve bugs, offer technical support to end-users, and monitor overall system performance for efficiency.
– **Technical Leadership:** Lead impactful design sessions, mentor junior developers, and uphold high technical standards across Salesforce projects.

**Required Qualifications:**
– **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
– **Experience:** Over 7 years of Salesforce development expertise.
– **Technical Expertise:**
– **Apex Programming**
– **Lightning Web Components (LWC)**: Proficient in crafting modern, responsive user interfaces.
– **SOQL and SOSL**: Advanced skills in Salesforce Object Query and Search Languages.
– **Data Modeling and Management**: Expertise in designing robust data models while ensuring data integrity.
– **API Integration**: Proficient in REST and SOAP APIs for integrating with external systems.
– **DevOps and CI/CD**: Familiarity with version control and continuous integration/delivery leveraging Salesforce DX.
– **Security & Compliance**: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce’s security features and best practices regarding compliance.
– **Workflow Automation**: Skilled in automating processes using Process Builder and Flow.

**Essential Certifications:**
– Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II
– Salesforce App Builder
