Position: REMOTE – Multiple Roles in Commercial Flooring Sales Management
Location: Nationwide (Any U.S. City)
Compensation: $100k-$350k with Unlimited Earning Potential (Best in the Industry)

Position Overview
Join our dynamic and expanding National Interior Design Construction Division! We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and seasoned professionals to fill various positions within Commercial Flooring Project Management, including Senior Account Executives, Senior Estimators, Senior Project Managers, Senior Facility Project Managers, and Senior Maintenance Account Executives. Your role will be crucial in spearheading our sales initiatives, forging robust client relationships, and delivering customized flooring solutions that meet the needs of our clients as we experience rapid growth across various markets.
Note: We are currently focusing on candidates with experience in commercial projects, construction, and service, and are not seeking distributor or manufacturing profiles.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the commercial flooring sector.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads through networking and market analysis.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting to successfully closing deals.
- Collaborate effectively with design and installation teams to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Provide expert guidance on a variety of flooring options, including carpet, resilient flooring, ceramic, epoxy, and resin materials.
- Prepare and present comprehensive proposals and contracts to prospective clients.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in sales, account management, or project management/estimating within the commercial flooring sector.
- In-depth knowledge of different commercial flooring products (carpet, resilient, ceramic, resinous, epoxy, etc.).
- Familiarity with Measure Square software preferred for construction project management and estimating.
- Adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.

Pay Range: $75,000.00 – $300,000.00
