Essential Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited 60-credit hour Master’s program.

• Experience in a counseling environment, specifically addressing depression and anxiety.

• Proven background in conducting intakes and diagnosing under a licensed supervisor, following the current DSM guidelines.

Your Commitment:

• Availability of 30 hours per week, including 25 client sessions and 5 hours dedicated to administrative tasks, such as supervisory meetings.

• Willingness to adapt to a flexible work schedule.

• A structured W2 employment model with guaranteed income, inclusive of paid orientation, no-show protection, annual raises, and bonus opportunities.

• Flexible scheduling options available – we operate from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week.

• Typically, a full clinical caseload is established within the first 30-45 days.

Compensation: This position operates on a Fee for Service model, with an earning potential between $55,000 and $65,000, which may vary based on the number of sessions and bonuses. Your recruiter will discuss total compensation during the interview process.
