Salary: $1500 / Week

Join us in making a difference! As an Educational Sign Language Interpreter, you will play a vital role in bridging communication gaps for our deaf and hearing-impaired students, staff, and families. Your expertise in interpretation and translation will enhance the educational experience by facilitating seamless interaction between students who utilize sign language and those who do not, including teachers and peers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• State Board of Education Initial Sign Language Interpreter Certificate (as required by your state)

• Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment (EIPA) Certification (must meet state or client guidelines)

• Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID) Certification (as mandated by state or client regulations)

• Current CPR Certification (where applicable)

• Health assessment through TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if necessary)

• Current Health Certificate (as outlined by contract or state standards)

• Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old
