In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle—encompassing attracting top talent, coordinating with recruitment agencies, evaluating applicants, scheduling interviews, and building a robust talent network.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with the Talent team and hiring managers to gain a firm understanding of job specifics
• Creating and posting engaging job descriptions across various online platforms
• Identifying and screening candidates to ensure they align with the company culture, values, and job specifications—utilizing databases, recruitment agencies, social media, as well as technical platforms like Stack Overflow and Github
• Reviewing CVs and coordinating interview schedules
• Providing constructive feedback to candidates
• Managing and nurturing the existing candidate network while continuously developing a strong pipeline of prospective talent

The ideal candidate will possess approximately one year of experience in technical recruitment, whether in-house or agency-based.
