Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Collaborate closely with clients to swiftly address their hiring needs.
- Match clients with top-tier candidates to secure job placements.
- Utilize various recruiting tools and resources effectively.
- Engage in cold calling, qualifying, screening candidates, and preparing them for interviews, while assisting in the negotiation of job offers.
- Conduct thorough reference checks on candidates to ensure quality placements.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A driven individual capable of high outbound activity to attract clients and candidates.
- Comfortable building relationships over the phone.
- Commitment to integrity, confidentiality, and ethical practices.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- A degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Successful completion of gpac’s training program and all relevant requirements.
