Position: IT Support Administrator
Location: Home-Based with occasional travel for meetings and company events (future travel to client sites expected)

The Role of IT Support Administrator:

We are in search of an enthusiastic IT Administrator eager to delve into the Enterprise Tooling domain. This role is perfect for an IT support specialist looking to further their career in IT administration and development.

Your role will require you to embrace problem-solving with passion, tackle complex challenges with enthusiasm, and maintain a curious approach to researching and learning new technologies. You will be part of a small, agile team, which means you should be ready to handle a variety of challenges while supporting major corporate and enterprise clients.

What Your Typical Day Might Entail:

• Supporting the upkeep of the O365 Security Suite, such as Intune, Azure AD, Entra, and monitoring for compliance;
• Assisting in implementing new Intune policies to align with ISO27001 compliance;
• Setting up new laptops via CoPilot, managing their delivery and collection from employees;
• Providing troubleshooting support for user issues with laptops, OS, and O365;
• Maintaining servers and offering essential support and troubleshooting;
• Supporting our Azure-based infrastructure;
• Collaborating with the CTO to ensure compliance with ISO27001 regarding SSO, Azure Policies, Entra, 2FA, and supplier policies;
• Assisting in internal projects as needed;
• Delivering exceptional customer support at all levels;
• Collaborating with the Customer Support Desk on incident resolution.

About You:

• Previous experience in IT administration with a focus on the mentioned products;
• Strong communication skills with a desire to advance in a dynamic Tech Software and Consultancy environment;
• A welcoming personality with excellent communication and presentation capabilities for both internal and external interactions;
• Deep understanding of the current and upcoming IT landscape to offer best practice insights;
• Proficient in IT software, including the Microsoft Office suite, CRM, and project management tools;
• A natural curiosity to discover answers and solutions through thorough research;
• Willingness to embrace various tasks and challenges;
• Fluent in written and spoken English (additional Northern European languages are a plus);
• A dedicated and professional demeanor at all times;
• Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize effectively;
• Ability to maintain high standards while managing multiple simultaneous projects;
• A strong motivation to cultivate a successful career.

Your Experience or Knowledge Should Include:

• Familiarity with SQL, Java, VBA, JavaScript, XML, REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, PowerShell, Power Automate;
• Understanding of codeless systems;
• Knowledge of enterprise software;
• Proficiency with OS including Windows, Unix, and Linux;
• Experience with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, and PostGreSQL;
• Understanding of web servers, including Tomcat and IIS;
• Knowledge of web security standards, including SSL, DMARC, and SPF.
