£40,000 – £50,000 DOE + Benefits | Permanent | Fully Remote (UK-Based)

The Role
By joining this supportive planning team, you’ll engage with a diverse range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments throughout Scotland. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee a varied portfolio of planning applications and appeals, ensuring timely and successful submission.
Deliver strategic insights and advice to a broad spectrum of clients in both the private and public sectors.
Conduct thorough site appraisals and craft high-quality planning statements and comprehensive reports.
Foster relationships with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients to facilitate effective communication and project success.
Mentor junior planners and actively contribute to the overall development and cohesion of the team.
About You:
MRTPI qualified with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.
In-depth knowledge of Scottish planning policies and regulations.
Exceptional communication skills with a focus on report writing and client engagement.
A self-starter who thrives in an independent work environment while also contributing to a collaborative virtual team.
Proficient in using remote working technologies and adept at self-management.
