As a key member of our Creative Team, you will play a vital role in bringing our visual storytelling to life. We are searching for an experienced videographer who is passionate about crafting compelling videos for both internal and external audiences. In this dynamic position, you will collaborate with various departments to meet their increasing video production needs. Your responsibilities will encompass: Producing engaging content for social media platforms, promotional materials, recruitment initiatives, and other marketing endeavors. Serving as the lead videographer for company events, capturing the essence of our culture and activities. Assisting in multiple production capacities for larger-scale video projects including TV commercials, online advertisements, and high-budget initiatives. Partnering with the Creative Team to deliver high-quality content for significant projects such as conferences, web pages, and virtual events. To thrive in this role, you should have: A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in professional videography, including conceptualization, writing, shooting, editing, and producing, along with a portfolio that showcases your expertise. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, with additional skills in Adobe After Effects being a plus. A solid understanding of basic lighting principles to enhance video quality. A reputation for working quickly and efficiently without compromising standards. The ability to embrace feedback, take direction, and contribute positively in a collaborative atmosphere. A creative outlook with an ability to manage projects from inception to completion. A willingness to think outside the box and inject some fun into your work.
