    Job Description

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    We are seeking an experienced and strategic Account Executive to join our team. As VP, Account Management, you would be responsible for developing and growing a portfolio of accounts across the Brand Channel and company.

    KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    In depth understanding of Sago products and services and how to customize these products for different business customer segments through a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.

    Manage an existing portfolio of clients with revenues in excess of 5MM+ and maintain profitability expectations.

    Identify and build strong relationships with influencers/decision makers within client organization to develop new business.

    Develop annual sales plan to produce aggressive year-over-year growth and effectively manage profit/pricing expectations.

    Utilize knowledge of accounts and existing data to analyze and forecast account performance.

    Achieve and/or exceed quarterly revenue, and profit targets and lead indicator performance metrics.

    • Identifies new sales opportunities and drive revenue by acquiring new clients/brands, expanding into new departments within existing account and/or reviving lapsed customers.
    • Develop insightful proposals and delivers strategic sales communications; consult with clients on sample design and business issues.
    • Provide superior customer service by working with internal teams to execute project specifications and deliver quality results to clients; resolving sales or delivery issues; managing bid requests by working with the bid team to delegate and provide clear instructions on bidding, and ensuring proper and timely delivery of bid to client.

    Work closely with Sales leadership to ensure all account strategy is aligned with company goals and objectives.

    Provide client feedback and industry input to improve current products and innovative client tools/products.

    Deliver results that produce high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty

    Requirements

    Proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends

    Education/Experience/Computer Skills

    Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience required.

    Must have 10+ years of experience working in a market research environment, combined with strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data collection methodologies

    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
