    Position Summary: As the Vice President of Project Management at KCG Construction, you will lead our Project Management and partner with our VP of Construction Management to lead the construction team. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. With a commitment to collaboration and transparency, you will work closely with stakeholders to drive the success of our construction projects. This position reports to the COO.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and mentor the Project Management team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
    • Develop strategies to optimize team performance and achieve project goals, demonstrating entrepreneurship and innovation.
    • Oversee project portfolio management, ensuring alignment with company objectives and values.
    • Monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain transparency in financial reporting.
    • Conduct regular project reviews, demonstrating accountability and taking proactive measures to address challenges.
    • Manage subcontractor relationships with a commitment to fairness and integrity.
    • Communicate project status transparently to corporate leadership through clear and accurate reporting channels.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management/Engineering/Architecture or related field.
    • Expertise in project management methodologies and construction processes, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
    • Proven track record in multi-family construction project management, demonstrating accountability and commitment to quality.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Procore.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative and transparent approach.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • Supervise all subordinate project management staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
    • Provide guidance to field construction management staff and project trade partners, demonstrating a commitment to partnership and mutual success.

    Financial Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for overall cost management of KCG projects, demonstrating accountability and financial stewardship.
    • Report financial status transparently to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining integrity and honesty.
    • Administer the KCG Construction Performance Bonus Plan with fairness and transparency.

    Physical Working Conditions:

    • Remote/Home office environment with regular site visits and travel, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
