We are currently seeking a skilled Telemedicine Weight Loss Physician located in West Virginia, with a position available starting July 1, 2025, and lasting until June 30, 2026, with the possibility of extension. This role involves providing virtual consultations for weight loss, typically lasting between 15 to 20 minutes. During these appointments, our dedicated staff will facilitate connection via Zoom, manage patient intake, and prepare clinical notes for your review. Once you join the call, you’ll finalize treatment plans by completing standardized notes, approving prescriptions, determining initial dosages, and including any additional details relevant to the patient’s care.

Ideal candidates will be board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine, with prior experience in primary care, urgent care, or emergency settings. We offer flexible scheduling, allowing clinicians to work in 4-5 hour blocks aligned with their availability. Your schedule will remain adaptable to meet the needs of our staffing requirements.

For this telemedicine role, you will need a reliable laptop capable of supporting Zoom and our electronic medical records (EMR) system. It’s important that you conduct consultations from a controlled environment, rather than while driving or in public spaces.

Compensation is set at $35.00 per consult, with the potential to see 3-4 patients per hour based on your efficiency.
