We are on the lookout for a vibrant and enthusiastic Soccer Coach to inspire our young athletes with fun-filled educational experiences while prioritizing their safety at all times. Our perfect match is someone who has a background in working with children—whether as a sports coach, teacher, camp counselor, or youth leader. This role is particularly suited for individuals keen on exploring pathways in early childhood education or child development. As a new coach, you’ll have the opportunity to instruct 5-10 classes a week, earning between $20 and $25 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
- Instruct and mentor children aged 2-10 in an engaging, educational, and non-competitive setting.
- Offer constructive feedback and encouragement to children during sessions.
- Ensure a safe environment for all participants.
- Communicate effectively with parents and fellow staff members.
- Attend and engage in training sessions and team meetings.
- Assist in setting up and taking down equipment before and after classes.
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with children.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekday afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Completion of a background check is required.
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications are a must, or the willingness to obtain these certifications.
