    • Embrace a non-competitive coaching style that fosters a fun, stress-free learning atmosphere.
    • Utilize positive reinforcement techniques to motivate children and celebrate their accomplishments.
    • Have fun! Our coaches are open-minded and recognize that coaching is a journey of continuous improvement, actively seeking feedback and participating in regular training sessions guided by the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Instruct and mentor children aged 2-10 in an engaging, educational, and non-competitive setting.
    • Offer constructive feedback and encouragement to children during sessions.
    • Ensure a safe environment for all participants.
    • Communicate effectively with parents and fellow staff members.
    • Attend and engage in training sessions and team meetings.
    • Assist in setting up and taking down equipment before and after classes.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Exceptional verbal communication skills.
    • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with children.
    • Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekday afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
    • Completion of a background check is required.
    • Current CPR and First Aid certifications are a must, or the willingness to obtain these certifications.

    Perks of Joining Our Team

    • A flexible schedule tailored to your availability.
    • Benefit from our coach referral program that rewards you for every new coach you refer.
    • Become part of a prestigious national coaching organization that equips you with all the necessary tools and training to excel in your role.
